Our sushi chefs roll everything to order: The Beast Roll with tuna, prawn tempura and avocado, the Softshell Crab Roll with truffle, the Red Tuna & Salmon Flambé torched at the bar, and classics like the Spicy Unagi and Futo Maki.
Nigiri & Sashimi
Almadraba bluefin tuna, toro with caviar and truffle, aged tuna, hamachi and Atlantic salmon, served simply so the fish speaks for itself.
